Working With Us

We recommend scheduling a free in home estimate with us. During our in home estimate, a licensed contractor will come visit your home and learn about your project goals and inspect your current flooring conditions. He will determine the scope of work required for your installation and calculate the exact quantities of materials needed, including all accessories. We provide a detailed scope of work and labor cost within 1 business day.

Once your measure is complete, we recommend visiting our showroom to browse our material selections. You're welcome to checkout as many large samples as you'd like to take home with you. Once you've narrowed it down to a few products, we can use the material quantities we calculated to generate the total material cost for each product you select, to help compare cost differences between each. At this time, we'll be able to provide a total project cost with materials & labor for your installation.

Once you've approved a material selection & the labor estimate, we can process your material order with a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% balance will be paid before the materials are delivered to your home. If you schedule an installation date at a later time or encounter delays with ongoing home improvement projects, we provide free storage in our warehouse for however long you may need. 1- 3 business day lead time - Hardwood, Waterproof Flooring, Laminate, Tiles & Slabs 3- 7 business day lead time - Carpet

We work with you and your schedule and coordinate a date that works best for you. To confirm an installation date, we collect 10% of the labor cost as a deposit prior to work commencing. We are fairly flexible with our installation dates, most times we are able to coordinate quick installation dates if need be due to our large team of installers. Our crews work very closely with us and upkeep the standards of service we would want to recommend to our close friends and family. We don't coordinate with other departments, you work directly with a member of our team from beginning to end.

Once the installation is finished, we will schedule a final walkthrough to ensure everything has been completed to your satisfaction. We collect the remaining labor balance at that time. Then in 1-2 business days, we will send you copies of all the paid invoices, our 1 year installation warranty & material warranties for your files.
